Disclosures of your Information
We will not release your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party.
Billing and Shipping
When using a credit/debit card please ensure that the billing address you enter on your order form matches what your credit card company has on file for you. An address mismatch is the most common reason why a credit card transaction is declined.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.
We ship Monday- Friday. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days to ensure freshness and potency. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will process the next business day.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii
These orders can require an additional 2 – 3 day delivery time.
Please note that Non-US customers are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. These fees are not collected by GS by Sadora. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
Although we take pride in ensuring that our customer’s custom charges are at its lowest, some fees still may apply.
We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact customer service at email@example.com 7 calendar days of the delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.No returns will be accepted without a prior notice to us. You will then have an additional 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive your RMA.
Item must not be opened and must not display any visible sign of distress. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
After receiving a RMA number place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address given to you by your customer service representative.
It is highly recommended that you use a trackable shipping method for your returned items.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. SHIPPING and HANDLING charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and are paid by you. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
No refunds/credits will be issued until the item has been successfully returned to us and inspected.
We apologize for your inconvenience. We do our best to ensure that our items securely packaged. However, if you have received a damaged item please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Out of stock/Backorder items
In case a product is Out-of-Stock, the order is kept for backorder (up to 30 business days) while the product is in production. The customer is notified via email.
An order cannot be cancelled/modified/changed provided the order is already processed. Orders cannot be cancelled via email.
